Check remaining license

Hey

 

i bought 5 users for my antivirus, how can i check the remaining or total number used

I can’t seem to locate this also. A huge pain that this is so well hidden. I don’t see why this can’t be added to my kaspersky site.

  1. Which information exactly are you looking for? 
  2. When you installed the Kaspersky software, did you synchronise each device with your MyKaspersky account? 
  3. On a device with Kaspersky software installed, have you checked the License information from the application interface? 
  • The Kaspersky software licenses, for Kaspersky Anti-Virus, Kaspersky Internet Security & Kaspersky Total Security are for one or two user accounts for x devices, x = number, normally 1, 3 or 5 devices.
  • Kaspersky Security Cloud Family differs in that, it offers 10 user accounts. 

MyKaspersky account, Licenses tab https://my.kaspersky.com/MyLicenses#/active, select the product, select Details

Ya outside of connected devices there is non connected keys too. Correct me if I’m wrong but these are consuming 1 of the 10 keys I have. Some are dead and recycled computers. Either way there is no way to check unless how many keys are currently consumed in my portal.

Any idea on how to resolve that?

I’m going to issue a refund and simply by a new set of keys instead of going through the renewal.

  •  Contact Kaspersky Technical Support, on the Support page, select your location, select Application use, select from options: Online Chat (not available all locations), Phone, (not available all locations), Submit a request → via your MyKaspersky account. 
  • Note: please provide the Support agent with as much information as possible: when the licenses were purchased, date, email address used, etc., the more you tell them the more they will be able to help you.
