During process of resolving DSL internet issues, a Kaspersky window appeared that I ignored. Since that time I’m no longer able to print on any of the 3 printers I use - 2 are wired and 1 is wireless. I believe it’s a Kaspersky block issue, rather than a printer issue, since they are 3 different printers. My printers show Offline. Not sure next steps to take to resolve...remove Kaspersky and reload?

Please clean install current version 2020. Download links for your region, and instructions are linked in the upper left of this web page. Activate version 2020 with your activation code, update databases and restart the computer when done.
