tia couple of months ago i have opened a Ticket on Kaspersky support for a problem with a program. After some day the issue was been solved and so the ticket closed.
I want to know if there is a way to review the ticket .

- Has Richieste chiuse (Closed requests) been selected from the Requests v options:
- Note: any Request raised via Phone & or Online Chat does not show in your MyKaspersky requests queue, even if the Support Agent provides an INC #.
- The only way to track those requests is via the followup emails the Kaspersky agent sends.
