Problema installazione endpoint security

Buongiorno, a seguito di un cambio server ho un problema relativo all’installazione del pacchetto Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows.

Cercando di creare l’attività di installazione dal Security Center (versione 12) ricevo il messaggio generico di errore “Impossibile Creare l’attività”.

Hi, i have found the solution with the support center:

remove KES 11.5 installation package (Advanced, Remote installation, Installation packages)

Download one of these packages:



Create a new installation package with the file just downloaded

I had managed to get around the problem with a right click on the group in managed devices then going through the task tab, new task, remote installation of an application.

But I will try your solution to finally be able to install the latest version of KES on my workstations through the package manager.
